S. Melissa Scott focuses her practice on condominium and homeowner association law. Ms. Scott was previously an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale where she developed the skills required to advise association’s board of directors and homeowners on the complexities of Florida condominium and homeowners association law. Ms. Scott prides herself on paying close attention to the tiniest details and understanding the inner workings of an association’s operations.
Ms. Scott brings her years of experience in association law to Jackwin Legal, P.A., which provides a unique perspective to the firm’s real estate practice. We are glad to have her join our team.
Ms. Scotts resides with her husband and daughter in the Fort Lauderdale area and is an avid cyclist and swimmer.
